Visually, the M5 Max model doesn’t advertise just how powerful it is.

That weight is one of the most remarkable things about the machine.

In testing, the M5 Max MacBook Pro averaged around 80 fps at 1920 × 1200 using the game’s Mac-optimized setting. With ray tracing ultra settings, performance was naturally much lower at roughly 31 fps.
The M5 Max therefore has genuine graphics horsepower.
The bigger question remains software.
For professional Metal-optimized creative applications, the GPU can be exceptionally impressive.
For PC gaming, Windows still enjoys a much broader game library and stronger compatibility.
